Yes, a 304ci V8 Commodore will still hit 200kph (124.3mph) with only 7 cylinders firing.

Also; which wheels do you prefer? I definitely prefer the rears (genuine SV5000 rims!)

Yeah, I think the rear wheels look better as well. There's something very aftermarket-ish with those front wheels. It's easier to see if it looks good when all four wheels are the same kind though, having different wheels front/rear always makes a car look like a hoonmachine/beater.

I can really see the relationship to the Opel Omega/Senator here though, maybe wheels from the Lotus Omega or the Omega 3000 would fit?

You're right on the wheels, the front ones look like something modern added to tart up the car, the rears look like they belong there.

Those front wheels are like the definitive cheapo alloys. The rear ones are much nicer IMO.
